Package Activities: Pole Dancing (Day) Your two hour pole dancing lesson will include an energising warm up, a pole section where you will be taught how to build your confidence on stage, posture and body language. There is also a lap dance section where you will be taught tantalising moves and groves along with the etiquette of seduction. At the end of the session each participant will perform their own routine on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all the participants will receive a certificate of commendation. You will then finish with a relaxing warm down.
